Carrying on the legacy of their grandmother, Carolyn Clark, this sibling duo continues to excel in the tax preparation industry.

Together, since 2010, Lindsey and Macon have served the Grand Prairie and Irving communities.  Small business owners with families of their own, they understand exactly what it is like to work hard and they know that a firm knowledge of tax code is critical to the survival of main street America.

Lindsey Reger is a graduate of Bowie High School in Arlington. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Texas in 2006.  One of her most honored experiences was getting selected to participate as an intern at Walt Disney World. She learned what a customer-oriented, successful business looks like. You may be surprised to know that she is a former professional female football player and member of the Championship winning team, the Dallas Diamonds. Lindsey has the heart of a teacher – her desire is for her clients to really understand how taxes work and have confidence in their decisions.

Macon Clark is a graduate of Mansfield High School. While he and Lindsey grew up helping and working in the tax office, Macon was quick to join the family business full time. Macon spent his off seasons taking extra courses at TCC to improve his understanding of business and has an incredible depth of tax experience and knowledge. You may be surprised to know that Macon has a special talent for entertainment. A father of 3 boys and 1 girl, he is an avid gamer and enjoys spending time with his family.  Macon knows what a burden taxes can be on a family and strives to make sure he helps his clients get the most out of their tax credits and deductions.

Maria Flores has been a resident of Grand Prairie for almost 30 years. She is a mom of 3 grown children and one “fur-baby” husky. In her free time, Maria enjoys reading and cheering on her favorite sports teams – Go Cowboys! Go Rangers! Originally planning a career in the Travel and Tourism Industry, she completed her training and education in that specialty. She began her journey 25 years ago at Action Taxes with Mike Clark in his Grand Prairie office and performed both tax filings and issued insurance policies. Maria transitioned to Macatax in 2015 and continues to provide excellent service to her clients. Maria is bilingual; speaking both English and Spanish.  When discussing finances, it is comforting to know that nothing is lost in translation!

Vanessa Zendejas was born and raised in Grand Prairie! A 2001 graduate of South Grand Prairie High School, her roots run deep. She is married with 3 wonderful children. Something you may not know about her is that she has an impressive “eidetic memory” – similar to a photographic memory. She has a strong desire to be the best at everything she does…. and she is! Dedicated to continuous learning, Vanessa is usually the first person to know of the news regarding tax changes. With over 10 years of experience, she consistently provides a thorough analysis of the many tax situations our clients present.

Amy Brown is a graduate of South Grand Prairie High School (1996) and went on to attain a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas State University (SWT 1999). She brings a wide variety of experience to our team. Amy has enjoyed teaching middle school math and being a Certified Athletic Trainer until the arrival of her first child. With the ability to be a stay-at-home mom, she was able to serve in many volunteer roles, hold positions on boards, and perform ministry work. Amy runs her own LLC with residential real estate rentals and has a real-world, working knowledge of being a small business owner.
